Returns
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling.
Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. Launchers, Confetti and Streamers and supplies must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged or used returns.
If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by calling (203) 925-7699. You will be issued an RMA and instructions on how to send your confetti or streamer order back to us.
