How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days for Ground domestic orders, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All products are Shipped from Connecticut, and/or California and/or Canada.
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Sure we can usually have your products to you as early as tomorrow. Please indicate the date of your event when you check out. If we happen to be out of stock on an item (Pretty Rare) we will contact you and discuss substitutions.
What if my items are not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be.

We offer free shipping on any orders over $99.00 shipped in the Continental United States. If you select free shipping and you are a valued Customer outside of the continental US, we will charge you for the least expensive FedEx Air shipping method.
