Shipping FAQ
How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days for Ground domestic orders, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All products are Shipped from Connecticut, and/or California and/or Canada.
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them to shipping@x-streamers.com. We will check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.
What if my items are not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at stock@x-streamers.com Please include the item name and size in your email.
Free Ground Shipping On Orders over $99.00 Promotion. We offer free shipping on any orders over $99.00 shipped in the Continental United States. If you select free shipping and you are a valued Customer outside of the continental US, we will charge you for the least expensive FedEx Air shipping method.
