Our red, White and Blue  Confetti is made of biodegradable and flameproof tissue paper and is specially designed to fall slowly through the air. The sleeves are perfect to be used with any of our launchers. The Handheld Launchers will take one sleeve per shot and the XC-2 will take 6 sleeves per shot.
